SCOPE:
Pioneered and developed Newtown Junk Removal from inception to a market-leading position by applying business development efforts, expanding company’s operational bandwidth and market penetration. Helmed digital strategy initiatives, SEO, SEM, Email and web development, driving consistent revenue growth and brand visibility across digital platforms. Commanded a dynamic team of 8 employees, catalyzing operational excellence in user experience optimization and targeted digital marketing campaigns, while cultivating partnerships with key industry players and local authorities to maximize online engagement and cost efficiency.
Key Projects & Responsibilities
- Developed and managed the Newtown Junk Removal website using WordPress on a Linux/Apache/MySQL hosting environment to support a growing residential and commercial service business.
- Optimized website performance by implementing a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to handle high-resolution images efficiently, improving page speed and SEO rankings.
- Integrated Square CRM and credit card processing APIs, enabling seamless appointment scheduling, invoicing, and secure payment processing.

Working within the Marketing and Communications team I led the overhaul and unification of HAI Group’s digital marketing ecosystem, setting a new direction for web presence while enhancing integration across diverse digital platforms, including websites, Social, Email and CRM systems. Managed a multidisciplinary team, blending internal expertise and external partnerships to guarantee delivery of projects that bolstered brand’s online visibility and user experience.

- Led a complete overhaul and unification of HAI Group’s digital marketing ecosystem, improving customer engagement and operational efficiency.
